1. Do you ship birds, chicks, or hatching eggs?

No. At this time, Clucker Ridge Farms offers Local Pickup Only in Rocky Mount, VA. Orders can be picked up at Tractor Supply, 58 Virginia Mkt Pl Dr, Rocky Mount, VA 24151, at a scheduled time.

2. What is your return policy?

• Birds, Chicks, Hatching Eggs, and Fresh Eggs: All sales are final. Due to the nature of live animals and perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

• T-Shirts & Tumblers: Eligible for a 7-day free return as long as the item is in the same new condition as received. Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Are your birds healthy and up to standard?

Yes! All of our breeding flocks are carefully selected to meet the Standard of Perfection (SOP) for their breed. We prioritize health, quality, and breed integrity. Birds are raised in clean, bio-secure environments and provided with the proper diet, care, and supplements. All chicks are delivered in a healthy condition at pickup.

4. What breeds of poultry do you offer?

We currently offer Silkies, Bantam Cochins, Easter Eggers, Bearded Belgian D’Uccles, and French Black Copper Marans, as well as select egg project birds for unique egg colors. Availability depends on the season and hatch schedule.

5. Do you offer pre-orders or special orders for chicks?

Yes! We accept special orders and pre-orders for specific breeds or quantities. Pre-orders require a deposit, and pickup dates will be scheduled once chicks are ready. Please note that hatch times may vary depending on fertility and incubation success.

6. How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once your order is placed, your item or birds will be held for local pickup only. No shipping options are available.

7. How do I pay for my order?

We accept online payments at checkout, or you may choose to pay in person with cash or via $CashApp at pickup.

8. Do you guarantee hatch rates on hatching eggs?

We do not guarantee hatch rates. While we check fertility monthly and ensure all eggs come from healthy flocks, hatch rates are dependent on many factors outside our control, including incubator conditions, handling, and environment.
